CONSULTING

Business rooted in community, driven by purpose.

Building an inclusive and accessible business grounded in community connection is both an ethical necessity and a catalyst for creating a community-purpose-driven small business.  With extensive experience in wellness, hospitality, and the non-profit sector, my consulting services focus on evidence-based strategies that foster resilience in the workplace through a trauma-informed, neurodiverse lens.  Our experience allows us to improve the inclusion and accessibility of your space, team, and services by aligning your values and operations with the needs of your community.  Prioritizing accessibility and representation meets this need and strengthens community connections.

Through the strengths of community social impact and neurodiversity, I help organizations create environments where people feel valued, empowered, and ready to make an impact.

I facilitate process and design for small businesses, teams, and organizations—covering communications, community building, event planning, and sustainable practices. Through interactive, hands-on workshops, I help small teams transform their operations for lasting economic, environmental, and social impact.

Reconciliation Practices for Small Businesses

For the past five years, Sarah has partnered with Kits Beach Coffee to create a settler-impact policy that uplifts Indigenous artists, launch a green action program, and establish an annual giving platform. These initiatives strengthen the company’s commitment to community support, leadership, and meaningful contribution.

I acknowledge these lands are on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I acknowledge and pay respect to the people and traditions that have shaped the community and land that we are honoured to be situated on today.  We are determined to continue learning and bring light to the discriminatory and colonial practices that have had a lasting legacy.
