Empowered parenting means moving beyond power struggles into a peaceful, connection-based approach. As a parent of neurodiverse children, I know the extra time, energy, and heart it requires. Neuroscience shows that when we repair our relationship with ourselves, our children naturally absorb empathy, connection, and acceptance—building the resilience and emotional maturity they need to thrive. By healing your inner child, you can show up as your most authentic, empowered self.
