THE MOVE WITH ME CHALLENGE PROGRAM

When you donate (ANY AMOUNT), you will get access to the 60-Day Move With Me Challenge Program. This program is delivered online, with an exclusive team portal. It includes guided on-demand video-based practices to improve mobility, enhance recovery and support the regulation of the nervous system through strength-based movement practices.

SELF-CARE SUNDAYS:
WEEKLY ONLINE GUEST PRACTICE
In week one, we start with a self-inquiry with my signature Daily Durability Functional Assessment.
Assess your joint range of motion and posture.
Enjoy a 15-minute breathing class.
In week two, we start by building the foundation with a daily 10-15 minute joint-based mobility video designed to improve joint mobility and reduce tension.
In week three, we sprinkle in a weekly 20-minute sensory-based movement session. An embodied approach to movement and strength, informed by the latest in neuroscience, pain care, strength-based movement, physiology, and trauma research.
In week 4, we'll blend the science of healing biomechanics and regenerative movement with a daily 10-15 minute restorative-flow. You'll emphasize alignment in a guided follow-along learning experience.
Weeks 5 - 8, we continue to integrate the previous week's programming with the addition of one guided online practice by a special guest instructor. A new practice dropped every Sunday!
