Group                  Coaching

Raised Rooted 12-Week Group Coaching is a community-centred space where parents build regulation, strengthen self-trust, and deepen connection with their children—especially during the moments that feel hardest.

Across 12 weeks, you’ll learn a science-informed framework grounded in non-violent communication, emotional intelligence, and brain science, offering practical tools you can return to again and again.

Starts April 13th, 2026

Who is this workshop for?

Parents | Caregivers | Educators | Neurodiverse Support

If you’ve ever wondered, “Why do I react this way?” or “Why do I always feel overwhelmed as a parent?” this small-group coaching intensive is for you. Each week, we’ll explore conversation, reflection, and trauma-informed practices that help you understand your emotional responses, strengthen self-trust, and build more connected relationships — at home and within yourself.

What will you learn?

You’ll learn how early experiences shape your parenting, how attachment lives in the nervous system, and how to use co-regulation (and self-regulation) to build secure, connected relationships — with your child and yourself. You’ll gain practical, connection-based tools that support calmer moments, sensory needs, healthier bonds, and lasting change for your family.

This small-group experience also offers a supportive community where open dialogue, shared learning, and mutual care create space for growth — together.

There’s no manual for parenting — we learn as we go. These small-group coaching pods are designed to support parents of children ages 3–12 through school transitions, sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, and the invisible load of motherhood. You’ll gain accessible, connection-based tools that support calmer moments, deeper understanding, and lasting growth — for parenting and beyond

This coaching approach supports parents in building safety and steadiness through regulation and connection, helping families move out of survival patterns and into more supportive, secure relationships.

They include:

  • The Neuroscience of Secure-Attachment

  • Emotional Regulation Guidance (PolyVagal Theory, Somatic Healing)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Coaching

  • Positive Psychology

  • Sensory-Based Learning for Neurodiversity

  • HeartMath™️

3. The Practice

This community-based coaching pod offers a safe space to explore and apply attachment-based support in real, meaningful ways.

Through guided conversation and reflection, you’ll connect with your past and better understand how it shapes your present experiences. From there, you’ll use this insight to grow as an individual and build healthier, more connected relationships with the people around you.

I acknowledge these lands are on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I acknowledge and pay respect to the people and traditions that have shaped the community and land that we are honoured to be situated on today.  We are determined to continue learning and bring light to the discriminatory and colonial practices that have had a lasting legacy.
